ADHD coaching is a strengths-based partnership that helps children, teenagers, adults and families understand how their unique brain wiring works and build practical strategies that fit their lives—not someone else’s idea of how things “should” be done.
At REACH, coaching is delivered by educators who are also ICF-certified ADHD coaches. This offers a rare combination: a deep, evidence-based understanding of the ADHD brain together with practical experience from classrooms and everyday life.
Think of your coach as a thinking partner, not a clinician. There’s no diagnosing and no judgement—just an honest, supportive space to figure out what works for your brain, together.
ADHD coaching is focused on the present and the future. We work with you to understand what is happening right now, identify what you would like to be different, and build practical strategies to help you move forward. It is a collaborative, strengths-based process shaped around your brain, your goals and your everyday life.
Therapy may explore past experiences, emotions and mental health concerns to support understanding and healing. It is delivered by a qualified mental health professional and may involve assessment, diagnosis or treatment. ADHD coaching does not diagnose or provide therapy—it focuses on practical, forward-looking support.
Your coach works alongside you as a thinking partner. Together, you identify what you would like to change, explore possible strategies and decide what you would like to try between sessions.
We typically recommend starting with six fortnightly sessions over three months. This provides enough time to build momentum, test strategies in everyday life and discover what genuinely works for you.
Many clients then choose to continue with monthly maintenance sessions. Your ongoing journey remains flexible and shaped around your individual needs.
Sessions are available in person in Perth and online across Australia and internationally. Whether you prefer face-to-face support or the flexibility of online coaching, REACH makes it easy to access personalised support wherever you are.
Founded by Debbie and Fiona — two educators with a combined 50+ years of experience and ICF certification through ADDCA — REACH was built on a simple belief: ADHD isn’t something to fix. It’s a different way of thinking, and when it’s understood and supported well, it becomes an advantage.
You can expect a warm, non-judgemental space, evidence-based strategies and a coach who believes in your capability — because self-awareness and self-compassion are just as much a part of this work as any productivity tool.
Little by little, change happens. If you’re curious whether ADHD coaching is right for you or your family, we’d love to hear from you — book a session and let’s start exploring what’s possible, together.
