At REACH ADHD Coaching and Consultancy, we understand that ADHD impacts not just individuals but entire families. Our tailored coaching services provide the structure, strategies, and support needed to navigate ADHD successfully. Whether you are a parent seeking guidance, a child learning to understand your unique brain, or a teenager striving for independence, our evidence-based coaching approach is here to help.
Children with ADHD have incredible strengths, creativity, curiosity, and boundless energy. However, they may struggle with focus, impulse control, and emotional regulation. Our coaching provides children with the tools to manage these challenges while building confidence in their unique abilities.
Through engaging, supportive sessions, we teach children to develop essential executive functioning skills, manage emotions, and thrive both at home and in school.
How We Support Children
Raising a child with ADHD comes with unique challenges, but with the right tools and understanding, family life can be harmonious and fulfilling. At REACH ADHD, we work closely with parents and children to implement effective strategies that improve communication, reduce conflict, and create a structured environment for success.
We support families through small-group, face-to-face parent sessions and flexible online programs with bite-sized modules—so parents can access guidance and strategies that best fit their needs and stage of the journey.
We also offer school consultations to ensure consistency across home and education settings, fostering both social and academic growth. Our strengths-based approach helps families unlock their potential, promoting understanding, confidence, and collaboration.

The teenage years can be particularly challenging for individuals with ADHD as they navigate increasing responsibilities, social pressures, and academic expectations. Our coaching helps teenagers develop self-awareness, resilience, and independence, empowering them to take control of their future.
We focus on practical strategies to manage school, friendships, emotions, and daily responsibilities, ensuring teenagers have the skills to succeed in both academics and life.
How We Support Teenagers
In our first session, we discuss the reasons for seeking support and explore key areas such as family life, school, work, and relationships. We also determine the frequency of sessions and set initial goals.
Coaching is a collaborative process where we refine strategies over time. Sessions can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly, or as needed. Clients have access to our Client Portal for easy booking and payment.
At REACH, we believe in unconditional acceptance and a deep appreciation for your potential. Coaching provides the tools and support needed to make lasting, positive changes.
We recommend starting with six fortnightly sessions (a three-month commitment) to establish momentum. At the end of this period, we reassess progress and make adjustments as needed.
Life with ADHD has ups and downs, but with the right support, you can thrive. Whenever you need guidance, REACH ADHD Coaching is here for you.
I found your PL session very informative, particularly in clarifying what ADHD is and isn’t. I also loved that you included practical strategies to implement into the classroom to support our students. I went home so excited and inspired, I stayed up late typing up all my notes! I have shared them today with not only my school, but Aspiri Primary School, who have asked me to provide a neurodiverse perspective to their behaviour and wellness plan. I will also share the information you provided below regarding REACH ADHD coaching and consultancy service. Your doing amazing things!

I wish I could give Reach ADHD more than five stars. Debbie has had the most phenominal impact on us as a family. We can’t thank her enough. Debbie’s genuine care for others, her expertise and experience as a teacher and an ADHD coach, combined with her belief in everyone she sees, their wonderful uniqueness and how to tap into these skills, has enabled not only my child but his teachers and peers to see and believe in his many strengths and skills that he brings. Thank you for your kindness and for always believing in our chilidren and us as adults. Its amazing what is does for your confidence, abilities and self worth.

My son has been seeing Debbie this year for ADHD coaching.
I cannot express enough how much she has helped my son. He has become a different person. So much confidence, less anxiety and able to block out distractions.
He has excelled at school this year due to all of Debbie’s help and nurturing manner.
I highly recommend!

If proof is in the pudding then Joe has gone from 67% school attendance to 94%. Fiona worked on tailored skill building which included helping Joe identify his wins and his strengths. Transitioning to high school and getting to know his ADHD was immensely challenging however Joe has worked through these with Fiona and now not only more self aware but able to understand why some of his friends might be struggling. A very positive experience.
