When I first met with Fiona I was struggling to complete uni assignments,, missing appointments and in general finding it difficult to stay on top of day to day things.
After my sessions with her the changes have been amazing! I’ve learned how to work with my ADHD brain not against it and with the tools she’s taught me I’ve learned how to show kindness to myself and tackle tasks in a way that’s effective to me.
Highly recommend if you’re looking to manage your ADHD and make some long lasting changes for the better!

My son has been seeing Debbie this year for ADHD coaching.
I cannot express enough how much she has helped my son. He has become a different person. So much confidence, less anxiety and able to block out distractions.
He has excelled at school this year due to all of Debbie’s help and nurturing manner.
I highly recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of hosting Fiona from REACH ADHD Coaching for two incredible workshops at our not-for-profit organisation. One tailored for Carers of Children with ADHD and another for Staff working with adults with ADHD. Fiona was absolutely wonderful: warm, engaging, and deeply knowledgeable.
The training was exceptional. Fiona broke down complex neuroscience in a way that was clear, relatable, and empowering. Her explanation of how the ADHD brain works was both fascinating and practical, helping us better understand the people we support. Each session was thoughtfully tailored to the audience, with focused content that reflected Fiona’s deep expertise and genuine passion for the topic.
It was evident throughout that Fiona truly understands ADHD, not just academically, but with real insight and compassion. We left feeling informed, inspired, and better equipped to support our community. Highly recommend REACH ADHD Coaching and Fiona’s workshops to any organisation seeking impactful, evidence-based training. Cannot wait to have Fiona back at our organisation.
Parenting Connection WA recently partnered with Debbie, Fiona and ADHD WA to bring three webinars to parents and carers across WA. Our experience was incredibly positive from our first planning discussions to the final event. Each webinar had a different focus with Debbie and Fiona being well prepared with an engaging presentation full of parenting tips and information. It is clear they know the ADHD world very well and can offer a lot to families involved in it. Their presentation style is warm and friendly, and they can explain new concepts well. The feedback from participants was overall incredibly positive and many parents/carers joined more than one webinar. There have been requests for us to work with Fiona and Debbie again as it seems to be a growing need for parents today.
Accessing sessions with Debbie at REACH ADHD Coaching has been the best thing to happen to me since my adult diagnosis. While I have always scoffed at the idea of “life coaches”, the service provided has helped me get back on my feet and to a pathway of sustainable mental health and productivity. Far exceeding the benefits I have sought through years of traditional talk therapy in just a few sessions. I can’t recommend them enough!

I was given these sessions by uni as I had been really overwhelmed trying to balance my Masters, work life and social life with ADHD and Autism. Fiona at Reach has really helped me recognise and utilise strategies that help me focus, organise life and manage my time. She has been very supportive and neuro-affirming, providing a friendly, judgement-free attitude in a calm space. I cannot thank Fiona enough for how much she has helped me over the past couple of months. I know myself better and am more confident in trusting my how my brain wants to process things. Thank you a billion!

If proof is in the pudding then Joe has gone from 67% school attendance to 94%. Fiona worked on tailored skill building which included helping Joe identify his wins and his strengths. Transitioning to high school and getting to know his ADHD was immensely challenging however Joe has worked through these with Fiona and now not only more self aware but able to understand why some of his friends might be struggling. A very positive experience.

I found your PL session very informative, particularly in clarifying what ADHD is and isn’t. I also loved that you included practical strategies to implement into the classroom to support our students. I went home so excited and inspired, I stayed up late typing up all my notes! I have shared them today with not only my school, but Aspiri Primary School, who have asked me to provide a neurodiverse perspective to their behaviour and wellness plan. I will also share the information you provided below regarding REACH ADHD coaching and consultancy service. Your doing amazing things!
