October After-School Transition into Year 7 Coaching

After-school sessions will support students in their Transition to Year 7.

REACH is excited to offer small group coaching sessions with Fiona, designed to help students strengthen executive functioning skills and set themselves up for success in Year 7 in 2026.

About Fiona:
Fiona is an experienced ADHD coach, educator, and co-founder of REACH ADHD Coaching and Consultancy. With over 25 years in education and a strong background in supporting neurodiverse learners, Fiona brings a warm, strengths-based approach to helping students develop practical tools for focus, planning, organisation, and confidence in their learning.

Why It Matters
Starting Year 7 can feel like a big leap, with new routines, higher academic expectations, shifting social dynamics, and greater independence. For neurodivergent students, this change can be especially challenging. Fiona’s guidance helps students feel prepared, confident, and capable. Through practical strategies for organisation, time management, and emotional readiness, she sets them up for a smooth transition into high school.
